We offer three options:

1. Purchase a home that has already been built and ready to move in or purchase a home that is already in construction both with a large selection of upgrades included.
2. Do you want to build your own custom home but does not have a lot?  Bring us your home ideas, must have items, desires and dreams and we will work with you to create your one of kind home.  We will also secure a lot that will be perfectly suited for your new home.
3. Do you already have a buildable lot that you want to build a custom home on?  We welcome the opportunity to build your home for you.  You may ask: “How do I know my lot is buildable?”  We will determine the readiness of your lot once you contact us.  The lot will be evaluated and determined if it s a ready buildable lot. If not, we will guide you on what it will take to get it ready.

Once you have decided upon the option that best suits you, contact us by calling us or contact us via the website to set up a meeting.

We will meet and review all your choices and options for your home.  Depending on the home you choose, we will either draw up a purchase contract for a ready built home or work on designing your unique home.

After the home is approved and any and all changes have been made, we will determine a purchase price to include construction of the home and the lot.  But, do not worry.  If you would like to make any material upgrades, we will be happy to accommodate that as well with an extra charge.

Do you need financing?  We will be happy to refer you to one of our trusted loan officers.
