George Ripps, co-owner and a director of Fripps Homes, was born and raised in New York City. He left New York to attend the University of Arizona and loved the state and decided to make his roots here. He has been involved in real estate and construction in Tucson and then established Fripps, which developed apartments in Tucson, Phoenix and Kingman. Since moving to Kingman over 20 years ago, George has successfully developed subdivisions for single-family homes in the Mohave valley. George has two daughters and four grandsons.
Natalie Ripps, co-owner and a director of Fripps Homes, is a native of Arizona growing up in Tucson. She has been surrounded by construction, land development and finance her whole life. Natalie received her undergraduate degree from University of Michigan and her Masters from the University of Georgia. From there, Natalie worked in corporate sports and event planning in Athens, GA, Tulsa, New Orleans, and Houston while achieving Certified Meeting Planner status. Wanting to raise her family in Arizona, Natalie returned to her home state to develop the Fripps Homes brand of quality homes. Natalie has two sons and enjoys working out, volunteering in youth programs, and being an active mom.
